1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Beentry mobile and web application ("Application"), operated by PunkHive s.r.o., Company ID: 21152195, with its registered office at Kaštanová 1055/14, 779 00 Olomouc, Czech Republic ("Provider").
1.2. The Application is designed for creating and managing hive logs. The mobile application is available via the Apple App Store and Google Play, and the web application is accessible at www.beentry.com.
1.3. "Premium Account" refers to a one-time purchase that granted full access to all features of the Application in both mobile and web versions, available before the introduction of the subscription model. This type of account is no longer available for purchase, but users who previously purchased a Premium Account retain full access without additional payment.
2. User Account
2.1. A user account is required to use the Application.
2.2. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Users are responsible for securing their login credentials and for all activities performed under their account.
3. Subscription and Payment Terms
3.1. Use of the Application is subject to a monthly or yearly subscription fee.
3.2. Subscriptions can be paid via Apple App Store, Google Play, or via Stripe payment gateway on the web. Payments are governed by the terms of the respective platform.
3.3. Users may try the full functionality of the Application free of charge for 10 days. The subscription is active from the day of ordering, but billing begins only after the trial period ends.
3.4. Upon expiration, the subscription is automatically renewed for the same period, repeatedly, until cancelled. By accepting these Terms, the User also agrees to the automatic renewal of the subscription.
3.5. The subscription can be cancelled at any time via the Android or iOS system settings on the User's device or via the web interface in case of Stripe payments.
3.6. If the subscription is cancelled before the paid period ends, the User retains access to the Application until the end of that period. The Provider does not refund paid subscription fees.
3.7. Users who previously purchased a Premium account before the introduction of the subscription model retain full access to the Application without additional payment.
4. User Rights and Responsibilities
4.1. Users are permitted to use the Application in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
4.2. Users must not misuse the Application, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access restricted parts by any means other than through official channels.
5. User Data
5.1. Users are responsible for the content they enter into the Application.
5.2. The Provider reserves the right to use anonymized user data for statistical purposes, user behavior analysis, and improving the Application's features.
6. Personal Data Protection
6.1. The Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy available on the Application's website.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Application is provided "as is." The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for any specific purpose.
7.2. The Provider is not liable for interruptions in availability, technical errors, data loss, or other damages resulting from the use of the Application.
7.3. The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently terminate the Application or any part of it at any time.
8. Disclaimer
8.1. Beentry serves informational and record-keeping purposes only. Information provided through the Application does not constitute professional advice, and the Provider bears no responsibility for decisions made by users based on such information.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via the Application or by email.
9.2. By using the Application, the user confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
9.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
9.4. These Terms take effect on April 1, 2025.
